## Heather Jones, CRNP 

Heather is a nurse practitioner with 17 years of experience caring for patients in the emergency department and in family practice. Throughout her career, she has cared for people in some of their most critical and vulnerable moments — but she also began noticing a different kind of struggle. So many patients were exhausted, burned out, gaining weight, losing sleep, and feeling "off," yet their labs were often called "normal." She realized she was hearing the same concerns she had quietly felt herself.

That sparked a deeper journey into the science of hormones, longevity, and whole-body wellness. Heather began studying evidence-based research on hormone optimization, testosterone therapy, peptides, nutrition, strength, movement, and sustainable lifestyle strategies. She received accredited hormone replacement therapy training in early 2025. Her goal wasn't perfection — it was practicality. How do we apply real science to real life… the busy schedules, careers, families, stress, and constant demands of modern living?

Her Belief:  People deserve more than just "not sick." They deserve energy, clarity, strength, confidence, and long-term vitality.
